HAVE PEACE OF MIND AND NEVER PAY FOR ANOTHER REPAIR
We believe when your heating and cooling equipment is maintained properly every year it probably won't break. Therefore, if your equipment is on our special program we will keep your equipment working safely and efficiently. Also, if it does break, we will fix it for FREE. If you are without heat we will repair it 7 days a week, still at no charge to you. Our Peace of Mind Program is the only complete program that covers both repairs and maintenance, AND checks for carbon monoxide every year!
YOU SAVE MONEY
We will do this for LESS money than it costs to just maintain your heating and cooling equipment. A furnace and air conditioner safety and efficiency check, cleaning and filter change can cost as much as $350, yet with our Peace of Mind Program it can be as low as $228 per year and you get FREE REPAIRS. Humidifiers, air cleaners and gas water heaters can be added for similar savings.
There has got to be a catch. Well, yes there is.
We schedule your maintenance during our slow times. Therefore, you benefit by having free repairs ALL YEAR LONG and we benefit by keeping our service technicians busy during the off season. We both win!

BENEFITS OF THE
PEACE OF MIND PROGRAM
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES (for covered equipment)
Safety and operation check each year
All necessary cleaning (Blower, Burners, Coils and Condensate drains) One or two standard size high efficiency filters (depending on plan)
One refrigerant charge per year, if needed
All repairs of parts inside the equipment cabinet, thermostat and condensate pump
THE PROGRAM DOES NOT INCLUDE (*instead of repair, replacement of equipment is usually the better value for these items)
Replacement of air conditioning compressor or coils
Replacement of furnace heat exchanger even if under a part warranty
Water heater tank and plumbing
Humidifier leaks caused by iron bacteria
Sheet metal parts
Replacement of obsolete parts
Repairs required as a result of water, hail, vandalism, fire, lightning, or voltage surge
Repairs made while running on a portable generator

EMERGENCY CALL QUALIFICATION
No heat, No cool, extreme amount of water leaking. POMP customers requesting service after hours that do not qualify for no heat/cool or water leak will be charged a $75 fee.
